Abstract

This paper examines the transformative impact of generative AI on educational assessment practices, drawing insights from recent training workshops conducted for educators in the Global South. It introduces innovative frameworks such as AI-resistant assessments and the Process-Product Assessment Model, which focus on evaluating the final output and the student's engagement with AI tools throughout the learning process.
